My Story

I am a self-motivated and progress-driven with extensive background in BPO and advertising industry with a long-standing record of initiative and innovation. I have developed and executed strategies which I believe have brought values to the companies I have worked with.

 

I have thirteen total years of experience in BPO, six years as a Call Center Agent, six years as a Team Leader and nine months as an Operations Manager - Intern. Prior to joining the BPO industry I was engaged in advertising activities for five years such as organizing events, logistics and also in aesthetic execution of the roadshow. I also used to work as a freelance theater actor and as a voice over talent in one of the largest local T.V Networks. I've voiced several characters such as Frederick Little and Principal Stern in Stuart Little and Ebata in Crush Gear. I also did several voice over projects used in ads and promotional events. 

 

Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my talent, skills and abilities. I am astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. I exercised communication, collaboration and consistency in contributing to team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational with proficiency in collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal. I believe that my academic experiences and learned competencies will provide value to an organization’s long-term goal.

Client Customer Care & Technical Support Associate, Dell International Services Philippines Inc.

As a Client customer care of Dell, I was responsible for processing of returns and replacements of defective computers, computer parts and peripherals. I was also responsible in managing cases to ensure that all transactions were well managed, expectations were met and provided resolutions were complete and accurate. Being a Technical Support Associate, I was responsible for providing a high standard technical assistance in troubleshooting computers, computer set up, parts replacement, software installation and basic Internet connection. I was also responsible for up selling other Dell products and services.

Technical Support Representative, Teletech Customer Care Management Philippines Inc

Charter is a Cable Internet service provider in the U.S and being a Technical Support Representative, I was responsible in providing a high quality standard for technical assistance in troubleshooting cable Internet connection problems and also I am responsible to pitch other Charter products and services that the company was offering.

Customer Service Representative, Transcom Worldwide Philippines Inc.

As a Customer Service Representative of Tiscali, a telecommunications company based in U.K, my major responsibility was to provide assistance on billing concerns such as processing of payments, payment disputes, adjustment, rebates, refunds and cancellation of service.

AT&T is one of the biggest Telecommunications companies in U.S and being a Technical Support Representative, I am responsible for providing technical assistance on AT&T DSL and ADSL high speed Internet services to customers.

Roadshow Director/Compere/ Pathfinder/Events Organizer/Voice Talent, Mulanay Experiential Inc.

Mulanay Experiential Incorporated is an advertising company engaged in grassroots advertising and face to communication such as roadshows, promotional events, market activation. Being Roadshow Director, I was engaged in aesthetic execution of the show. I also used to work as a Compere or actor, doing path finding and logistics and also coordinating of events. I also used to work as a Voice Talent in singing jingles of campaign brands.

Dubber/Voice Over Talent, ABS-CBN

ABS-CBN is one of the largest local TV networks. In 2003, I was hired to voice the character of Frederick Little in Filipino translated series of Stuart Little. I did also voice the character of Principal Stern in the said project. Another project was given to me to be part of another anime series of Crush Gear. I did voice the villain character of Ebata, one of the challengers of Kuuya Marino, the lead character.

Group Asia Philippines Incorporated is a subsidiary of Mccann Erickson which is engage with below the line advertisements. As a Roadshow Director, I was engaged in aesthetic execution of all the roadshows. I also used to work as a Voice Talent in singing jingles of the campaign brands.

Bachelor in Broadcast Communication, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Open University

The Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication is a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary program that aims to achieve academic excellence through a well-rounded curriculum that is reflective of competitive, updated and articulated course offerings, geared towards the development of competent and well trained Broadcast professionals. I took this course in 2005 however, I did not finish it because of conflict on my work schedules.

I have finished the Associate in Computer Technology from a reputable computer school that provided basic skills and knowledge required in the field of computer science, information systems, and information technology. It serves as a foundation for baccalaureate programs in computer science and information technology.

Programming in Business System, Systems Technology Institute

This course studied the program used by business users to perform various business functions. These business application which is Cobol is used to increase productivity, to measure productivity and to perform other business functions accurately. I took this special study on programming for more than a year.

Leadership

Leadership motivates the people to a higher level of performance through their strong human relations. Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. I've been a Team Leader roughly seven years and in my seven years, I have received lots of awards and recognition as the best Team Leader and Hall of Fame.
